Insight Experience for Black Heritage Talent
Insight Experience for Black Heritage Talent
Are you a Black heritage student graduating in 2028 and thinking about a career in financial services?
Turn ambition into action with an Insight Experience.
Attracting and developing talent from diverse backgrounds is central to our purpose and culture, and we want to make sure that people from Black heritage backgrounds choose NatWest Group to build their career.
Our Insights Experiences are one-day, in-person, immersive events that give you a taste of life at NatWest Group. And could lead to an internship in 2027.
You’ll:
- Meet inspiring leaders and potential future colleagues.
- Build valuable career skills, like networking and pitching.
- Spend an afternoon job shadowing.
- Be invited to apply for our 2027 internship programme after the event.
If you need to travel to London from another part of the UK that’s no problem, you’ll get up to £100 travel expenses.
Apply now
We’re running Insight Experience for Black Heritage days for a range of career pathways. Take a look at the eligibility criteria and then start your application. The steps here form part of the internship application, so you’ll be ahead of the game and won’t need to do them again. Don’t wait, spaces are limited and applications will close when these are filled.
