The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties Provide 1:1 and small‑group support within the classroom and during targeted interventions Help pupils stay engaged, confident, and supported in their learning Work collaboratively with the SENCo, teaching staff, and pastoral teams Contribute to a safe, caring, and structured learning environment where every student feels understood and valued About You: We would love to hear from you if you are: Experienced working with children or young people with SEND (school, youth work, care, nursing mentoring or similar) or teaching assistant experience in a secondary school Warm, patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships Reliable, committed, and passionate about supporting students who need that extra encouragement Calm under pressure and able to adapt to individual student needs Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day Why Join This School?
