The Role

This is an exciting role for an established Senior Strategist with retail marketing experience to join our team, working in a fast-paced environment with some of the world’s best brands and collaborating with all of our global studios.

As Senior Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating the future for some of the world’s most pioneering and exciting brands, from visionary startups to global giants. You’ll be involved in a multitude of diverse projects, confidently supporting the strategy, bringing fresh thinking and energy to every brief and studio interaction.

This role encompasses primary and secondary research methodologies, supporting the research and insights of key client projects, distilling research findings and synthesising complex information into key and actionable strategies. You’ll continue the development of insights or frameworks that become fundamental to our clients’ business.

You

• 7+ years of demonstrable experience in retail or brand experience strategy
• Excellent portfolio, work samples and industry experience
• You've got a proven ability to conduct in-depth research and develop actionable insights
• You understand various strategy and insight frameworks
• You have a proven ability to develop engaging strategic narratives for industry-leading brands and take clients on a journey to sell your thinking
• You have a keen interest in team development, people and leadership
• You've got strong deck writing, formatting and presentation skills
