Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans
• Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the school community
• Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and keeping abreast of new educational advancements
