This secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an engaging and resourceful Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across an array of subjects and year groups. This Graduate Teaching Assistant job in Tower Hamlets, East London is to start before the Summer Holidays, continuing on into September for the whole upcoming academic year. The nature of this Teaching Assistant job will require you to work with pupils that have SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Experience supporting children of a secondary age
A degree from a leading UK university
Competent in both GCSE Maths & English
Resilience and an ability to quickly create a rapport with pupils
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable
Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
