Assistant Building Surveyor
Undertake building and condition surveys
Support retrofit, energy efficiency and sustainability-led instructions
Assist with specifications, reports and technical documentation
Support contract administration and project delivery
Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams across the consultancy
Develop technical knowledge while progressing towards APCThe Person? The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be motivated, career-focused and keen to develop within a construction consultancy environment. The Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally have: A degree in Building Surveying or a related construction/property discipline
1-2 years' post-graduate experience
Commitment to professional development and APC
Experience supporting surveying or project instructions in the UK market
The ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
A construction-related backgroundApplications from non-construction-related surveying disciplines will not be considered. In Return………?£35,000 - £40,000
