EMS Trainer

We are looking to expand our PT team by bringing in an employed EMS trainer for our Richmond & Westminster studios in London. Experience as an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) trainer is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.

The ideal trainer will be a fun, passionate and focused fitness professional who can deliver EMS sessions to our members. A friendly demeanour and an ability to motivate members is paramount, coupled with an attention to detail that creates a high-end fitness experience for all members.

We require you to have as minimum a Level 3 Certification or equivalent.

Experience in marketing, sales and member relations is desirable, however, non-essential.

Your primary role will be conducting EMS sessions for members and maintaining member relations. Additionally, you will support the daily studio operations and maintenance, help with sales, marketing and social media.

As part of a small team, we encourage you to be innovative and contribute to the growth of Vive Fitness beyond the EMS sessions. We emphasise a team culture and encourage a proactive approach – this drives our success and creates a positive working environment.

The successful candidate will be based at one of our three London studios: Westminster, Mayfair or Richmond.

As an EMS personal trainer, your typical day would include:

· Conducting EMS training sessions with members

· Providing advice to our members on all services

· Member engagement & relations

· CRM - Monitoring member bookings & memberships

· Creating and maintaining positive, professional and trusting relationships with all members & staff

· Innovation & enterprise is encouraged

· Supporting the marketing team with social media

· Ensuring our studio & equipment is well maintained and kept to a professional standard throughout the day for members & staff

· Assisting management with operations: marketing, sales, business development etc

· You are part of a team – success is achieved together

There is potential for a full-time trainer and a part-time trainer. Shifts will be a combination of weekdays and weekends. We look forward to welcoming you to our Vive Fitness Team.
