EA to Co-Founder - Dynamic Consulting Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional EA to support the Co-Founder and Group MD of a fast-growing consulting firm. This is a newly created, high-trust role at the very centre of the organisation, offering real autonomy, influence and exposure to senior decision-making. You’ll take ownership of a complex international diary, inbox and travel, act as a trusted gatekeeper, prepare the MD for key meetings and ensure priorities, actions and stakeholders are seamlessly coordinated. There will also be ad hoc private support. More than traditional EA support, you’ll bring structure, pace and sound judgement to a dynamic environment, creating capacity for the MD to focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact.
We’re looking for an accomplished EA with 8+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, Founder, MD or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident making decisions, managing senior stakeholders, anticipating problems before they arise and combining professional and occasional personal support with complete discretion. This would suit a proactive, commercially minded EA who loves being one step ahead and wants to become a genuine right hand rather than simply manage a diary. With scope to shape the role and take on increasing ownership as the business grows, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term partnership with an entrepreneurial senior leader.
