You will manage a varied private client caseload, providing high-quality advice across a range of matters while maintaining excellent client relationships. The role offers flexibility in working arrangements, including the option to be based in North London or work predominantly from home. Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:
• Managing a caseload of private client matters
• Advising on wills, probate and estate administration
• Handling powers of attorney and trust-related matters
• Delivering clear and practical advice to clients
• Maintaining strong client relationships and high standards of client care
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:
• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience in private client work
• Excellent academic background and strong career history
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
