The Role:

The PILAT3S Instructor will deliver the pre-programmed routines—Align, Tone, and Power—while maintaining the highest standards and fostering a safe, engaging class environment. Duties include upholding product standards through continuous training and serving as a brand ambassador by promoting PILAT3S and exemplifying its values of precision, personalisation, and progression. As a PILAT3S Reformer Instructor you will:

Deliver The PILAT3S Routine

• Deliver the pre-programmed PILAT3S routines – Align, Tone, and Power.

• Cue and correct technique including teaching points and personal engagement

  throughout each class.

• Create an enjoyable and safe environment for clients while delivering classes with

  confidence and energy.

• Connect with clients before, during and after each class.

  Product Standards

• Ensure product quality is maintained by complying with the PILAT3S methodology,

  technology and pre-programmed routines.

• Partake in Onboarding and Ongoing PILAT3S Training to maintain a high standard of

  product knowledge and delivery.

  Brand Ambassador

• Act as a PILAT3S ambassador by promoting the brand, your classes and building your

  own personal following.

• Represent the PILAT3S values – precision, personalisation and progression in both

  your in-person and online communications.

  ABOUT YOU

  Are you an experienced Reformer instructor who is keen to learn to teach the PILAT3S method?

We are looking for:

• An instructor with a minimum 2 years in fitness industry/ dance with affiliated qualification.

• Experience delivering group fitness classes or come from a performing arts background.

• Passionate about health & fitness and boutique offerings.

• A charismatic, confident and personable communicator.

• Professional appearance and demeanour – willing to receive feedback, learn and grow.

• Organised and punctual; with excellent time management skills.

• Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and

  demographics.
