Design Manager

We're looking for a Design Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London/South .

Location: London/South
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Design Manager , you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in managing and delivering design solutions from early project stages through to completion.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing the design process and ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documentation
• Liaising with clients and leading design meetings
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and sustainability standards
• Overseeing design risk management and documentation
• Supporting project teams with design-related issues

What are we looking for?

This role of Design Manager is great for you if:

• You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership
• You have previous experience managing design on projects up to £20m
