Nursery Teacher / Room Lead / Senior Nursery Teacher – North London Up to £15.50 per hour depending on experience Full time, all year round. The Role We’re looking for a Nursery Teacher, Room Lead or Senior Nursery Teacher who can bring energy, creativity, and leadership to the classroom. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education, while supporting and inspiring your team. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities in line with the EYFS curriculum Observe, assess, and support each child’s development, creating a stimulating learning environment Lead by example, providing guidance and support to junior staff in your room Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues Promote equality, inclusion, and safeguarding at all times Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised environment What We’re Looking For Relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above) Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and child development Excellent communication and team leadership skills Passionate, motivated, and committed to high standards in early education Desirable: training in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, SENDco, or Forest School Why Apply Through Tiny Tots Recruitment?
