An exceptional secondary school in Westminster, Central London is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role runs until at least July and offers a clear pathway into a permanent position from September, alongside access to teacher training opportunities.

In this role, you will support students across KS3 and KS4 within your degree specialism (English, Maths, Science or Humanities). You will deliver targeted interventions, assist in lessons, and gain first-hand exposure to classroom practice and pastoral care.

• Graduate Teaching Assistant position
• Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)
• Long-term placement until July

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting learning across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
• Supporting pupils with varying academic needs
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Acting as a positive academic role model
