Role Overview:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People team on a 9-month Fixed term contract.

In this role, you'll provide best-in-class global recruitment support to both internal and external stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates and business partners) throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The role will support the business to hire great talent enabling the delivery of the business strategy, following best practice and strategic Talent Acquisition activities.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in our office in Uxbridge)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment support for global roles (advertising, CV screening, sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing and deliver feedback to candidates) .
  • Work closely with managers to develop job descriptions and advise on compensation packages.
  • Be a super-user of Teamtailor (ATS), administrate Vacancy Requests and ensure these follow the correct approvals.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Teamtailor (ATS) and drive continuous improvement with the TA team and Systems Lead.
  • Support candidate experience improvement initiatives to ensure delivery of best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Be an ambassador of JATO Competency Framework and embed these in the recruitment initiatives by performing competency-based interviews
  • Promote JATO’s employer brand through positive candidate interactions.
  • Ensure recruitment is ethically compliant and it reflects a people focused, customer driven culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, becoming their go-to partner for recruitment-related matters.
  • Work closely with the wider OE team to continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes to ensure these meet the organisation needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience, with proven success hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Skilled in diverse candidate sourcing strategies including job boards, networking, advertising, and headhunting.
  • Proven success using platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media/job boards to attract top talent.
  • Experienced in managing candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer stage.
  • Proficient in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Confident, articulate, agile, and driven by a strong work ethic.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
  • K nowledge of any European languages is a plus.
