Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to three directors of a busy and fast-paced construction company based in Central London.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the go-to person for diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operational support. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are used to juggling multiple priorities, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes – we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across three directors
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
* Act as the point of contact between directors, clients, and internal teams
* Support with project admin, expense reports, and follow-ups
* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally within construction, property, or a related sector
* Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with ease
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
* Reliable, discreet, and detail-focused
