About the role:

As our Head of Global Reseller, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding reMarkable’s footprint worldwide by developing and executing a strategic approach to reseller partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to drive profitable growth through high-impact collaborations with global retail partners.

You will be responsible for 5 different teams focusing on marketing and sales. The main goal short term for this role is to professionalize and further develop our sales model as well as growing the teams adapting to a bigger global market.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for managing and growing both domestic and international reseller channels, with a focus on driving international sales, and optimizing overall sales performance and product visibility.
  • Lead contract negotiations with resellers and vendors to establish beneficial partnerships that align with business goals and enhance market reach.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive reseller sales, focusing on strategies to expand revenue and brand presence in key markets.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to proactively adjust channel strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Own channel revenue targets , with consistent forecasting and reporting on channel performance metrics
  • Mentoring and developing your direct reports, including onboarding, guidance, and performance management.

  • Extensive experience in global sales, reseller management, distribution, or commercial operations. You understand the complexities of working across different regions and cultures.
  • A strong history of effectively managing global reseller and distributor networks across diverse markets. Your experience shows you can build and nurture these crucial relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive financial success, including managing profit and loss, fostering revenue growth, and optimizing margins.
  • A solid foundation in developing sales strategies, comprehensive business planning, and skillfully negotiating contracts. You know how to craft agreements that benefit everyone.
  • Experience in leading and empowering diverse, cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and marketing. You're passionate about building, mentoring, and guiding high-performing individuals and groups.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel reseller strategies. You understand how different sales channels work together to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong business insight and commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of pricing, margin management, and key sales performance metrics. You know what drives profitability.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making, with excellent skills in tracking performance and gathering market intelligence. You use insights to inform your strategies.

Practical information:

  • Location: London, United Kingdom.
  • International travel will be required.
  • Wanted start date: ASAP
  • We will consider applications on a rolling basis. Due to Norwegian Summer Vacation in July, we expect to resume the process in August.
  • Visa requirement for the UK: Indefinite Leave to Remain or British Citizenship.
