Learning Support Assistant - Barking and Dagenham, East London - £95-£115 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Remedy Education is looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a fantastic primary school in Barking and Dagenham, East London. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students with diverse learning needs and special educational needs (SEN).

Your Role as an LSA:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist with classroom activities to ensure students can fully engage in learning
* Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
* Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials to individual needs
* Encourage and motivate students, celebrating their progress along the way

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN students
* A Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
* GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent)
* A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young people
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
