Private EA
This role is seeking someone who is looking to be a truly right hand person to support your boss. This is a private EA role but there is a big cross over between the personal side and business side and often they intertwine. The role will be based Monday to Friday in the family home of the entrepreneur in Mayfair. He currently has a property in Dubai and is looking to invest in France and New York.You will manage the family diary, so book events and experiences for your boss and his wife and research events they may wish to attend. You will work on sourcing properties, arranging any staff that may be needed. You will also attend meetings with your boss as he looks for new business ventures to get involved with. There will be an element of travel in this role and on some occasions it could be last minute so you will need to be able to accommodate this. He is not going to be contacting you out of hours or for last minute travel gratuitously but due to the nature of the job travel may be short notice on occasions. He really wants someone for the long term who is going to grow with him as his business ventures continue to grow as well as get to know the family.The role would suit someone who is very ambitious and driven, but also actually very down to earth.
