Key Accountabilities

• Completed works in compliance with O&M Contractual requirements, which typically included completion of 6 and 12 month maintenance checks, bearing lubrication, functional test and cleaning.


• Returning turbine to service after fault conditions will involve mechanical and electrical fault finding, fault resolution, component replacement and functional testing.

Knowledge

• Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems maintenance.

Skills

• Good communications.


• Technical fault finding.


• Practical use of tools.

Experience

• Ideally previous experience of wind turbine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or electrical.
