PA to Managing Partner
- Provide daily support to the Managing Partner, balancing business and personal priorities (70% personal, 30% business)
- Liaise daily with family members and household staff to coordinate family life and ad hoc requests
- Assist the Managing Partner’s EA, providing cover when required
- Manage complex diary scheduling, email oversight, and administrative tasks
- Act as point of contact for schools and family activities, ensuring smooth coordination
- Organise complex travel arrangements and itineraries (business and personal)
- Manage expenses, invoices, and financial records, including subscriptions and memberships
- Support in planning business and personal events, including family occasions and social commitments
- Handle seasonal projects (e.g. Christmas cards, gifts, event planning)
- Provide broader admin team support and cover for reception/holiday/sickness when needed
- Remain flexible for occasional out-of-hours requests
- Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within investment, finance, or a fast-paced professional environment
- Proven ability to support both professional and personal matters with discretion
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing complex diaries, travel, and family-related logistics
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Professional, approachable, and confident communicator across all levels
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential for schedules)
