At Retirement Villages Group, we're transforming how people experience retirement living in the UK. Our mission is to offer individuals the opportunity to age well - staying independent, connected, and living a life they choose. We support thriving, diverse communities where individuality is celebrated and where every resident can continue to live with purpose and freedom.
With ambitious plans for growth and innovation, we're expanding our team and looking for a New Homes Regional Sales Manager to lead the delivery of sales and rentals across our three brand new developments - West Byfleet, West Malling and Tunbridge Wells.
The Role:
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing New Homes sales team (Sales Executives, Sales Progressors, and Sales Administrators).
- Drive sales and lettings performance across multiple new and upcoming villages, hitting revenue and transaction targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless customer journeys.
- Act as a strategic voice in shaping product design, marketing offers, pricing, and proposition development.
- Oversee the entire customer journey from off-plan reservations to post-completion, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance.
- Maintain deep awareness of the retirement living market, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent RVG externally to develop partnerships and drive awareness of our brand and offering.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is an inspirational leader with a strong track record in managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Has experience in residential property, retirement communities, or new homes developments.
- Brings commercial acumen, resilience, and a passion for delivering results.
- Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Is confident working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, COINS, Microsoft 365).
- Ideally holds professional property qualifications such as ARLA, NAEA, or NFOPP.
Key Attributes:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and financial decision-making ability.
- Values-driven with a passion for community, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- A natural team player who supports and motivates others to achieve shared goals.
