Our Team

TMW is a leading integrated creative and communications agency, based across London and Bristol. Proudly wireddifferently, we believe that the best ideas work everywhere. We combine standout creativity with end-to-end connectivity to create ideas that move people in every channel.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a great opportunity for a high-impact Senior Digital Strategist to lead multi-market, multi-channel media strategy and performance across a portfolio of clients.

You will translate customer journeys into integrated plans, govern performance with clear testing and measurement frameworks, and elevate ways of working across the Performance Marketing function.

Ideally you will have strong B2B expertise (with B2C familiarity), fluency in automation and GenAI, and the confidence to lead senior client conversations and cross-functional teams to measurable commercial outcomes.

THE DAY TO DAY
  • You will own the end-to-end media strategy and planning, for multiple accounts, across paid search, paid social, programmatic, ABM, content partnerships and intent-led platforms.
  • Set clear channel roles and integration points with creative, analytics, UX and data science to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Define testing roadmaps, experimentation standards and optimisation cadences; ensure learning agendas are executed and socialised.
  • Act as a senior client partner, shaping roadmaps and confidently leading strategic conversations.
  • Identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and contribute to new business through POVs, proposals and pitching.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams; set quality bars, coach for craft excellence and manage escalations.
  • Champion adoption of automation and GenAI across planning acceleration, forecasting, creative iteration and insight generation.
  • Provide authoritative POVs on platform evolution, privacy, audience behaviours and the search/discovery landscape.

Qualification

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Previous experience in a similar digital media planning/buying role, with strong B2B expertise across LinkedIn, search, paid social, programmatic and ABM platforms.
  • Proven track record leading multi-client portfolios and delivering measurable commercial impact.
  • Expertise in modern measurement (platform analytics, experimentation/incrementality) and comfort arbitrating conflicting signals.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into clear decisions, investment guidance and narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of the broader digital ecosystem beyond paid media (CRO, UX, analytics, martech) and ability to collaborate and willingness to challenge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident facilitation of senior client forums.
  • Operational leadership experience: workflow design, quality assurance, pace management and escalation handling.
  • Hands-on experience applying automation/algorithmic optimisation and practical GenAI tools in media workflows.
  • High learning agility, curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving media and AI landscape.
WHAT WE’LL GIVE YOU

A thriving career with the chance to learn from passionate, talented colleagues and mentors. Exciting and varied client work with as much opportunity as you can handle. And a hugely sociable team to get to know.

Our Total Rewards consist of a competitive basic salary, annual performance bonus, opportunities to acquire equity and a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits. These include perks such as:
  • Up to 30 days of leave to spend each year plus 3 extra volunteering days per year for charitable work of choice.
  • Family-friendly and flexible working policies.
  • A range of generous Parental Leave offerings.
  • Attractive pension plan with financial wellbeing support and resources.
  • Private healthcare insurance plan and Mental Wellbeing support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, Career Development and Counselling.

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs .

Application Deadline: Ongoing
