# Holiday Camp Manager – Early Years Level 3 or Equivalent

**Contract:** School Holidays, with opportunities for recurring seasonal work
**Hours:** Monday to Friday | 7:30am–5:30pm
**Dates:** October Half Term | 19–30 October 2026
**Rate:** £200 per day

## Lead inspiring bilingual holiday camps in the heart of London

As Douce France Holiday Camps continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Camp Managers to lead our teams in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a childcare professional who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for children while leading a motivated team in a dynamic French-English environment.

As Camp Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the camp, ensuring high standards of safety, care and programme delivery.

## About Us

Since 2022, Douce France has been delivering bilingual holiday camps for children aged 3 to 11.

Our approach combines immersive language learning with play-based experiences, including arts, creativity, imaginative play, sport and movement. Each camp is built around an immersive theme designed to develop children's confidence, curiosity, creativity and social skills while having fun.

## About the Role

As Holiday Camp Manager, you will:

- Lead, motivate and support a team of Activity Leaders and childcare professionals.
- Create a positive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Ensure the camp operates safely and efficiently in compliance with Ofsted requirements.
- Ensure children's welfare remains at the heart of the camp, following safeguarding, Health & Safety and operational procedures.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, risk management and incident/safeguarding reporting.
- Coach and support your team, leading by example.
- Support the delivery of creative activities, sports, outdoor games and outings.
- Ensure every child feels safe, included, valued and encouraged.

## About You

You will have:

- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or equivalent (essential).
- Experience managing teams in childcare, holiday camps, nurseries or educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and Ofsted standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with parents, children and staff.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
- Two satisfactory professional references.
