The Role
This hands-on, sales driven role plays a key part in driving growth through Dubber’s EMEA partner ecosystem. You’ll combine accelerating revenue through our channel partners, relationship management, commercial acumen and some leadership responsibilities.
You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth through Dubber’s EMEA channel partners, driving adoption, growing pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets.
You will be the ultimate player coach, leading by example and managing your own Dubber partners. You will be responsible for tracking their activity, ensuring they are building and following up on leads and pipeline to achieve goals.
Increasing the percentage of sales resource engagement across the partner and further demonstrating the value of Dubber to the partners. Reporting to the VP Sales, EMEA, you will take a very hands-on approach to both relationship management and consistently drive customer outcomes within the territory.
What you’ll be doing
Drive revenue growth across EMEA by developing strong partner relationships and engagement that deliver measurable results.
Own and exceed sales targets, generating new opportunities and expanding revenue.
Coach and support Partner Engagement reps to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
Manage and optimise the partner sales pipeline, ensuring strong forecasting and efficient deal flow.
Retain and grow existing partner accounts, ensuring renewal and expansion across key markets.
Maintain CRM accuracy, managing partner and opportunity data for effective reporting and decision-making.
What You Will Bring to the Role
2+ years’ experience in partner, channel, or B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS business.
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets through outbound and new business.
Some team leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire performance.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a focus on results and measurable outcomes.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools .
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
A collaborative, high-energy approach, balancing autonomy with teamwork.
Organised, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities across regions and partners.
