Senior Associate – Insurance Coverage & Disputes

A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Insurance Coverage & Disputes team in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value insurance and reinsurance disputes for a prestigious client base that includes insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates and market intermediaries. The role offers exposure to sophisticated coverage issues, policy interpretation matters, reinsurance disputes and cross-border claims, while providing significant client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.
The Role
- Advising on complex insurance coverage disputes across a range of business lines
- Handling policy interpretation and indemnity issues
- Acting on high-value and international reinsurance disputes
- Working directly with London Market insurers, reinsurers and Lloyd's syndicates
- Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships
About You
- 5+ years' PQE with a strong background in insurance disputes
- Experience gained within a recognised insurance practice
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value coverage matters
- Experience acting for insurers and/or reinsurers
- Strong knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd's environment
- Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
