Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Services Assistant based out of our Manchester office.

- Hybrid working, with three days working alongside colleagues in our modern Manchester offices and two days working from home.
We’ll Count on You To:
- Administer delegate registrations for training courses and exams in line with our defined Service Levels for both Fitch Learning’s corporate clients, as well as self-funded delegates.
- Support learners with processing changes and cancellations to exams/programmes, process booking.
- data including confirmations and results through Fitch Learning systems and with 3rd party vendors.
- Support learners and clients by setting up access to learning platforms, portals and arranging access to learning materials and textbooks.
- Supporting administrative and logistical delivery of learning solutions working with internal stakeholders, clients and learners including travel and accommodation booking, progress reports, setup of classrooms and virtual learning environments, invoicing, performance reporting.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to learner and client queries via a range of communication channels, delivering excellent customer experience.
- Follow agreed processes and policies defined by clients and examining bodies, to ensure that bookings and associated invoices are accurate and issued in line with expectations.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, managing conflicting priorities of email responses, phone calls and internal requirements.
- Experience working in a similar high-volume role with defined Service Levels and tight deadlines. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams and solid experience of communication systems such as Zoom/WebEx.
- An excellent attention to detail and customer service skills including challenging conversations
- We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive in approach and has the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience of working in the financial services or learning industry
- Experience of using ZenDesk and Live Chat/Instant Messaging
- A proven track record of delivering against SLA targets and building positive relationships with client.
