Role Overview - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's development across all areas of learning in line with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe, positive environment within this Waltham Forest setting.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Support children's development as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through structured play and activities

• Assist in delivering EYFS-based learning experiences

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Observe, assess, and record children's progress

• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents

Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)

• Experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Commitment to supporting children as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
