Role Details

• First Point of Contact: Managing the main switchboard and welcoming all visitors in accordance with safeguarding and visitor-entry protocols.

• Admissions Support: Assisting the administrative team with student data entry using school management systems like SIMS or Arbor.

• Communication: Handling all inbound and outbound school correspondence, including parental newsletters and emergency alerts.
