Skills and Competencies- Proven experience developing and executing GTM readiness strategies within the global insurance, reinsurance, brokerage, or insurance technology (InsurTech) industry is required
- Strong ability to work closely with and align multiple stakeholder groups, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, and Product Management, to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives
- Expertise in translating complex business priorities into actionable training programs, GTM playbooks, and certifications for insurance-focused roles, covering topics like new catastrophe model releases or underwriting analytics platforms
- The ability to coordinate the operational cadence of GTM stakeholders, including preparing agendas, content, and materials for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with experience establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of enablement programs.
- Experience leading change management efforts to drive the adoption of new processes and commercial strategies (e.g., consumption-based pricing for risk analytics) across commercial teams.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools—such as Copilot and ChatGPT—can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Develop and execute global GTM readiness strategies aligned with business goals, product innovations, and sales objectives for the insurance market.
- Drive the readiness and effectiveness of our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams for the Insurance segment
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, Commercial Strategy, and Product Management to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives
- Translate business priorities into actionable training and readiness programs tailored to specific roles like actuaries, underwriters, and portfolio managers
- Create and manage enablement content, including certifications, GTM playbooks, and comprehensive training curricula for targeted campaigns within the insurance sector
- Coordinate the operational cadence of GTM stakeholders by preparing agendas, content, and key priorities for leadership huddles, team meetings, and other presentations
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across Sales and Customer Engagement teams
- Act as a key liaison for GTM functions, fostering strong relationships with front-line teams to understand their needs and tailor enablement solutions accordingly

We achieve this by developing and executing strategic enablement programs, creating impactful training content, and fostering seamless collaboration across all commercial functions.
