A high-performing primary school in Lewisham is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of its school office.
Previous school-based experience is essential, with experience in a school office, academy or education setting preferred.
You'll be the central point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, while managing the administrative systems that keep the school running effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Running the daily school office
Managing reception and administrative staff
Overseeing pupil records and admissions
Managing attendance and punctuality administration
Supporting the Headteacher and senior team
Coordinating parent and school communications
Supporting finance and purchasing
Organising meetings and school events
Maintaining accurate confidential records
Supporting safeguarding, GDPR and compliance procedures
The Right Person
We're looking for someone professional, organised and confident enough to take ownership of the office.
You'll ideally have experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS, alongside strong IT skills and excellent communication.
