Personal Tax Manager
This growing, mid tier firm can offer a high quality client base, a true team environment where partners are accessible and a flexible and sensible approach to hybrid working.
You will manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, successful business owners and professionals, non-resident and non-domiciled individuals, and trusts. Your role will involve reviewing and mentoring more junior colleagues as well as getting involved in the more complex work including advisory projects.
Management duties include training and coaching, motivating your team and leading from the front. You should be confident in your dealings with clients, knowing how to add value by suggesting relevant tax advice and knowing when to refer work to other parts of the business.
The firm is well known for its willingness to encourage and offer opportunities to expand and deepen skill sets. Promotion is entirely on merit, with no requirement to time serve.
