Identifying and reporting any service delivery issues to the Regional or Account Manager
Supporting monthly site audits , sharing findings with clients and providing feedback to on-site teams
Helping operatives understand site documentation (Site Bible, RAMS, COSHH, SSOW, etc.)
Flagging when site documentation needs updating
Supporting health & safety compliance , including toolbox talks, inductions, and online training
Reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with company procedures
Coordinating or advising on PAT testing where required
Monitoring and supporting correct use of Smart Task (booking in/out, usage guidance)
Supporting the wider team with any reasonable management requests
What we’re looking for
Essential:
Previous supervisory experience , ideally across multiple sites
Background in soft services , preferably cleaning (including specialist cleaning)
IOSH qualification (minimum requirement)
Strong awareness of Health & Safety best practice
Good IT skills , including Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organisation
Full UK driving licence
Flexible approach to working hours
Desirable:

Comfortable dealing with clients, site teams, contractors, and visitors
Able to work independently while supporting wider management teams
Strong attention to detail, especially around H&S and compliance
Why join us?
Varied, hands-on role with real responsibility
Opportunity to work across multiple sites and contracts
Supportive management structure and clear processes
A role where your visibility and impact genuinely matter
