Community Events Manager - Coworking Office Spaces
London W11 4AN & EC4A 4AD (onsite) - This role sits between two locations
£32,000-£35,000 - dependent on experience. FT hours ranging dependant on events so flexibility is a must.

This is a brand-new role, reporting to the Meetings & Events Sales Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for external clients hosting events at two stunning flexible workspaces in White City (Notting Dale) and Blackfriars. From the moment the sales team closes the deal, it’s over to you to take the reins and turn plans into flawless experiences. If you love the buzz of bringing people together and have a knack for keeping even the smallest details in check, this is the role for you.
You will be:

Your Focus:
You’ll transform client plans into unforgettable events by:
- Acting as the main point of contact, guiding clients from their initial vision to the final guest departure.
- Coordinating all event logistics, from room setups to catering and technical needs.
- Ensuring events run smoothly, safely, and on time.
- Staying ahead of the curve with themed events tied to key dates, like Wimbledon, Mother’s Day, or even English Wine Week.
- Supporting flagship internal events, like our legendary Summer Party, to bring the team and community together.
Success in this role is achieved through positive client feedback, smoothly run events within budget and without issue, increased events engagement, streamlined processes.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience in event coordination or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills—you’re just as comfortable emailing a brief as you are presenting ideas face-to-face.
- A proven ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
- A creative eye for detail and a natural flair for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards for events (don’t worry if you need a refresh—we’ll support you!).
