Biddable Account Manager

The Team:
The London Biddable team is strong covering activation across Search, Social, eCommerce and Video for the likes of Pinterest, New Balance, Value Retail, Celebrity Cruises and AkzoNobel. The team works closely with the Analytics and Data team, digital platform and Ad Tech vendors to apply proprietary data, tech and measurement tools that maximise client performance.
The Role:
The role is to manage Search, Social and Video platform strategy, planning and activation for Value Retail across three European markets.
Value Retail specialises exclusively in the creation and operation of luxury shopping destinations as a complementary channel to brands’ full price offer. Mediahub is Value Retail’s global agency of record for digital media with a focus to progress their digital marketing strategy and performance. The role is central to driving digital transformation through Search and Social digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Tactical and strategic knowledge of how search, social, app and video platforms work
- Day-to day management, reporting and optimisation of client media across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too.
- In depth DR performance knowledge is necessary and prior experience of working with data and analytic teams is a must. Happy to investigate and propose commercial opportunities based on data.
- Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients
- Oversee, support and develop junior team members in line with core capabilities and client requests.
- Diligent and precise when preparing client performance review presentations.
- Organisation and communication is paramount as you will need to keep clients and account team updated on the status of all activities.
- Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification.
- An absolute wizard in excel, data turns you on and you talk in numbers.
- Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations
- Provide consistent and effective support to Account Directors

- Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
- Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
- Positively represent Mediahub at all times.

- Proven experience in Paid Search / Social;
- Be an excellent communicator in all forms.
- Be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down
- Ensure that work is delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the goals of the client business.
- Be reliable; be someone the client can trust; have integrity.
- Strong Excel skills
