Product Ops Manager- Sustainability services, EU Marketplace

EPR Services on Amazon aims to dramatically transform the way Sellers can fulfil their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance obligations in the EU, in order to keep selling on Amazon. EPR is an environmental policy that makes Sellers who first places a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life. As a Product Ops Manager on the team, you will help us set up the product operations needed to ensure compliance reporting and payments for our Sellers. The role will involve working with product, tech, business, legal, compliance authorities and fees stakeholders. Key job responsibilities - Design, implement, and own mechanisms to monitor seller journey and interaction with our product to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects. - Work closely with product team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals. - Actively seek ways to improve product related process efficiencies and effectiveness. - Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams. - Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
