Managing short- and long-term resource planning across the studio, production and project departments
Scheduling internal and freelance talent to meet project needs, timelines and budgets
Leading and implementing planning tools and processes (PROCIM experience a bonus)
Attending kick-offs and milestone meetings to keep timelines clear and achievable
Producing weekly/monthly forecasts and commercial resourcing reports

Collaborating with global teams across time zones to support international project delivery
Essential Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in a resource/traffic or operations role within a creative or events agency
A sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for project planning
Experience managing timelines, budgets and talent across multiple projects
A proactive, solutions-led mindset—you’re two steps ahead when it comes to bottlenecks
Exceptional communication skills, able to manage upwards and across disciplines
A deep understanding of the creative process in events, experiential or brand activations
Confidence using planning and productivity tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Airtable)
A background in live, hybrid or digital event delivery
A willingness to travel internationally as part of global project teams
