Property Assistant
This is a great opportunity to join Savills' Property Management team, supporting the delivery of a high-quality service across a varied commercial portfolio. As a Property Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the team, supporting reporting, accounts, and data management. You'll help produce monthly and quarterly client reports, ensuring all information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal and client expectations. You'll maintain property and tenant data across systems, manage updates from leases and legal documents, and ensure records are always accurate and audit-ready. On the financial side, you'll assist with service charge processes, invoice coding, rent schedules, and arrears support, working closely with surveyors and credit control. You'll also act as a key point of coordination for tenant and client queries, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of issues. This role suits someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple priorities. It offers excellent exposure to all aspects of commercial property management and a strong platform to build a long-term career at Savills.
Working in our Glasgow office you'll be sat alongside our property management team of surveyors, accounts, facilities managers and property assistants.
