Senior Marketing Executive - FTC (12 months)

Montblanc is seeking a passionate and professional Senior Marketing Executive to oversee and elevate our brand presence across the UK & Ireland region. This is a pivotal role within the Marketing UK team, responsible for ensuring a consistent and impactful brand expression across all channels, from marketing campaigns to events and visual merchandising .

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Brand Guardian: Oversee Montblanc's brand expression across visual merchandising, events, retail design, and campaign execution in the UK & Ireland.

  • Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute the annual VM plan, aligning with budgets and guiding the VM Coordinator to achieve sales targets across all distribution channels.

  • Creative Implementation: Supervise the VM Coordinator in planning and budgeting seasonal décor, product launch animations, POSM, and local marketing elements.

  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and implement impactful international and local marketing initiatives, adhering to global guidelines and budget.

  • Event Management: Organise and coordinate the planning of all large-scale UK events, in collaboration with the Head of Brand Communications.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Ensure effective communication of marketing plans, activities, and product information to Retail & Wholesale teams and stores, with support from the marketing intern.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with the Head of Brand Communications, Brand Director, Wholesale team, Boutique Managers, and EU/International Marketing teams.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong all-rounded experience in marketing, including marketing campaigns, budgeting, events and visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury retail sector

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and VM campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behaviour.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
