Job summary: Food Runner

Someone looking for their first start in the industry or an experienced waiter/waitress looking to improve their English before graduating to the floor who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with great hospitality.

What youll do as our newly appointed Food and Beverage Food Runner:

• Prepares the busser section and food pass section before service
• Keep station clean with adequate supply of necessary materials
• Polishes cutlery and glassware
• Counts linen
• Provides assistance to the Head Chef Food Expediter and floor team
