As a Banking Audit Partner, you will lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of banking clients, providing strategic guidance, overseeing audit processes, and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for banking clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on financial matters, leveraging your expertise to support their goals and mitigate risks.
• Develop strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their audit and assurance needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and audit teams to ensure seamless planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the banking sector and advise clients accordingly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and revenue growth within the banking sector, contributing to the expansion of the audit practice.
• Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for their professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing audit engagements for banking clients.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry practices within the banking sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities within the banking sector.
