Member Get Member (MGM) is American Express Enterprise referral program. We leverage the goodwill and advocacy that our Cardmembers have for our brand and turn that into an opportunity to acquire new customers. How will you make an impact in this role
As the Senior Product Manager for MGM Prospect Experiences you will be responsible for the development of our Prospect Shopping experiences working closely with engineering design analytics markets & global Shop teams. You will lead one Product Owner in the development of a strategy and a backlog of initiatives and test and learn opportunities that will grow our footprint as a channel drive Prospect conversion and drive business value and a better customer experience as a whole.

You should show experience of having led UX focused initiatives and delivering experiences that have our Cardmembers at their heart. Youll be working in a fast-paced global and cross-functional environment collaborating closely with our marketing partners product teams and engineering. Youll enjoy being challenged in a fun collaborative diverse and inclusive team environment.
You will also:
- Be responsible for the leadership and development 1-2 Associate Product Owners
- Be accountable for collaborating across the organisation to develop the Product roadmap and strategy in order to meet and exceed our goals
- Innovate through collaboration research and analysis to continuously define a pipeline of new features that enable the expansion and improvement of MGM CM Experiences capabilities
- Be responsible for maintaining a backlog that best supports Enterprise goals and focuses on delivering maximum value
- Drive solutioning and product delivery in partnership with other Product partners and Marketing teams through agile processes
- In partnership with Engineering Marketing Centres of Excellence and other Product Analytics & Data Science teams deliver on the 2024 Product Roadmap for MGM CM Experiences and feed into the 2025 strategy
- Partner with experience optimisation design and analytics teams to better understand our Customers and identify potential opportunities that increase engagement conversion profitability and performance
- Partner with Engineering and Design to continuously assess and improve the agile working practices of the team reducing waste improving throughput and maximising the delivery of value
- Partner with Engineering to continuously invest in and maintain the health of the MGM Product
- Continuously engage with partners to maintain product transparency build trust and address concerns and challenges
- Keep up to date with industry and competitor developments in personalisation and the referral marketing space
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in leading the development and rollout of prospect facing experiences is a must
- Ability to demonstrate deep technical understanding of digital products is a must
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to build winning strategies is a must
- People leadership experience is highly desired
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Business development experience a plus
- Attention to detail and a keen understanding of analytics
- In depth knowledge and demonstrated experience of agile processes and principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build positive relationships influence decisions and make things happen
- Hyper organized self-starter comfortable working in white space
- An ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a fast pace and changing needs
