Office Administrator
Role and responsibilities
The role, based in our Glasgow office, will be to perform all administrative, clerical and project support tasks necessary for our renewable energy project development business which will include but not be limited to: -
Office Management duties including:
· Greeting visitors at the reception area
· Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
· Scheduling meetings and taking notes
· Maintaining office correspondence
· Managing Expenses processes
· Booking project travel
· Organising and leading work-related events
Project support duties including:
· Managing project control documents supporting Development & Delivery teams
· Supporting project management teams with projects and project processes
· Project Pipeline Data Management
· Preparing weekly payment runs
