Head of Identity and Entitlements

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Head of Identity and Entitlements.
As Head of Identity and Entitlements, you will define and deliver the global identity and entitlement strategy for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) transaction banking channels, including web, mobile, API and host-to-host services. You will lead the design of cutting-edge solutions for digital identity, tokenisation, user authentication and entitlements management.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned to CIB client strategies, ensuring solutions are available to support our customers across Innovation Banking, Corporates, New Economy and Institutional segments.
- Deliver innovative digital identity solutions, including automated onboarding, tokenisation, authentication and ID&V enhancements, while driving the migration from legacy systems.
- Partner with global and regional teams across Client Connectivity, GPS, MSS, GTS and Operations to integrate capabilities and optimise the client experience.
- Lead, coach and empower a team of product managers and transformation product owners, fostering a high-performance, risk-aware culture.
- Champion collaboration across technology, operations and business units to accelerate digitisation, deliver client-centric outcomes and embed innovation at scale.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital or product transformation, with expertise in identity, authentication, entitlements or digital security.
- Progressive experience in agile product delivery within transaction banking, payments or digital channels, including managing cross-regional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set vision, drive execution and coach high performing teams.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, governance and change management within complex financial services environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse business areas.
This is a hybrid role based in London or Hong Kong
