As Floor Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shop floor, leading by example and coaching in real time to elevate every customer interaction. You’ll be a hands-on leader, energising the team, shaping the customer journey, and ensuring the store feels alive with the spirit of Dr. Martens.   • Lead the shop floor with presence and purpose, setting the tone for service, storytelling, and team energy throughout the day.
  • Coach in the moment, guiding Sales Assistants through live interactions, helping them build confidence, skill, and connection with customers.
  • Act as a keyholder and operational lead, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and stepping into decision-making when needed.
  • Support brand activations and storytelling, helping the team translate campaigns into meaningful customer experiences.
  • Champion operational excellence, from stock handling and replenishment to till procedures and compliance.
  • Create a culture of curiosity and growth, encouraging feedback, celebrating wins, and helping the team evolve with the store’s elevated offering.
