About The Role We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on a greenfield biofuels trading platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is excited to learn new domains, and can quickly adapt to complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Write clear and actionable user stories and present them to development teams.
- Participate in feature design, discovery workshops, and cross-domain collaboration.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support sustainability and physical operations workflows linked to commodity trading.
- Contribute to the ETRM system design and implementation (experience preferred but not required).
- Assist in prioritizing features and releases under tight timelines.
Preferred Experience - ST&S domain experience.
- Exposure to biofuels trading or sustainability operations.
- Background in commodity trading, especially physical trading and oil & gas.
- Experience with physical operations and back-office processes.
- Familiarity with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur, Allegro) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
