About the Role:
Weseek an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of strategic AI initiatives. You willplay a criticalrole in architecting scalable, robust, and secure AI and LLM-powered solutions, significantlyimpacting business operations and strategicdecision-making.
In this senior role, youwill guide cross-functionalteams, mentor junior and mid-levelcolleagues, and drive key technicaldecisionsinvolvingcomplex data engineering, advanced ML models, and next-generation LLM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Definecomprehensive, scalable AI architectures, leadingcomplexintegration of data processing, traditional machine learning, and emerging LLM methodologies.
Direct development, deployment, monitoring, and continuousoptimization of ML pipelines and LLM models in production contexts.
Activelyaligntechnical innovation withorganizational business strategies and OKRs, collaboratingcloselywith stakeholders across multiple functions.
Providementorship, guidance, and ongoing leadership to AI teammembers, drivingquality and excellence, including documentation and knowledge-sharing.
Lead troubleshooting and complexproblem-solving efforts, ensuringrobust and reliable ML systems and LLM deployments.
RequiredSkills and Experience:
Typically 5–8+ years of professional AI experience, demonstrating a successfultrack record of leading and deployingenterprise-scale AI systems.
Expert-levelproficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Extensive practicalexperiencewith production ML frameworks, advanced LLM models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, performance optimization, and orchestration tools (Apache Airflow).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategicinfluencingskills, with expertise communicatingcomplextechnical concepts clearlyacross all stakeholder levels.
Provenproblem-solving excellence and ability to continuouslyadapt, learn, and integrateevolving AI techniques.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Provenability in infrastructure as code (Terraform) for scalable AI solutions, sophisticated system design, and data governance practices.
Demonstrableexperience in secure and robust AI deployments.
Deep interest and experience in generative AI, LLM innovation, and continuousprofessionalknowledge-building.
