Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including building maintenance, security, and lifecycle planning.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, risk assessments, and emergency procedures are in place.
- Lead and manage facilities staff and front-of-house teams.
- Control budgets for office-related expenses and ensure value for money across contracts and services.
- Coordinate refurbishment projects, floor moves, and workspace upgrades.
- Manage corporate insurance policies and business travel arrangements.
- Ensure effective supplier management and SLA compliance.
About You
- Proven experience in facilities management within a corporate or Financial Services environment.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing agreements and third-party service contracts.
- Health & Safety knowledge (qualifications desirable).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and procurement experience is advantageous.
