Junior Influencer and Affiliates Manager
Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?
How we started:
Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today.
Where we are now:
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category-leading products and well-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields.
In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real-world outcomes: our weight-loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life-changing impact at scale.
Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition.
Where we’re going:
2026 is a step-change year. Our ambition is to reach £1.6bn in revenue, expand from four to eight global markets and significantly broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. Over the coming years, you’ll help shape HeliosX into a truly world-leading healthcare partner; one that combines scale, speed, and clinical rigour to redefine how personalised care is delivered. Joining HeliosX now means building systems, teams, and products that will define the next decade of digital healthcare, and doing work that genuinely improves lives, at global scale.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!
Junior Influencers and Affiliates Manager
We’re looking for a performance-led Junior Influencers and Affiliates Manager to help drive new customer acquisition through paid influencers and affiliate partnerships. This role is fundamentally commercial and outcomes-focused : success will be measured on customers acquired, CPA efficiency, and contribution to long-term LTV.
While affiliate experience is valuable, strong performance marketing instincts are essential . You’ll be comfortable activating creators and publishers with clear acquisition targets, optimising campaigns against CAC/LTV, and scaling what works. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to own campaigns end-to-end from briefing through to performance analysis.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage influencer partnerships across paid, affiliate, and gifted models , with a clear focus on performance and customer acquisition
- Own and help scale the UK influencer and affiliate programme , contributing directly to new customer growth targets
- Take accountability for performance, optimising activity against CPA, CAC, LTV, and efficiency metrics rather than awareness-only KPIs
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns from the outset, including briefing creators, setting performance expectations, and tracking outcomes
- Work across paid influencers and affiliate publishers , taking a pragmatic and flexible approach to channel mix based on results
- Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, translating performance data into insights, learnings, and optimisation recommendations
- Apply a data-led approach across the full funnel: discovery, outreach, negotiation, activation, reporting, and long-term partnership development
- Lead creative and offer testing over time, forming hypotheses, analysing results, and feeding learnings back into future campaigns
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, agencies, and internal teams to deliver against commercial goals
- Support the evolution of influencer and affiliate strategy as the programme scales in volume, velocity, and complexity
Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C, performance-led influencer marketing , with a clear focus on revenue and customer acquisition
- Comfortable being measured on performance outcomes , including CPA, CAC, LTV, and customer volume rather than awareness metrics
- Strong experience working with paid influencers , with affiliate and publisher experience welcomed but not essential
- Confident activating influencer and affiliate relationships in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- A strong communicator and negotiator, able to manage partnerships, set clear expectations, and work within defined budgets
- Solid understanding of the UK influencer and creator landscape , with the ability to identify creators that can scale performance
- Highly data-literate, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to work confidently with imperfect datasets
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as AWIN (or similar); CRM experience is a bonus
- Strong belief in testing, iteration, and continuous optimisation, using data to inform decisions
- Growth-minded, proactive, and resilient, motivated by hitting targets and improving results over time
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- A collaborative team player who builds trust across marketing, creative, and performance teams
