Software - Perm - Scon/PCon/Partner

Join our growing team within the Software division, focusing on permanent roles for Scon, PCon, and Partner level positions. We’re seeking an individual with substantial experience in tech recruitment, ideally within the software sector. Open to those with experience across contract or permanent hiring, but strong permanent software knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities in Tech Recruitment – Software Sector

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for permanent software roles at senior levels (Scon, PCon, Partner)
• Manage and engage a network of software professionals, both active and passive
• Build relationships with clients across tech sectors, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
• Identify, assess, and submit talent for leadership and specialist software posts
• Support business development activities and contribute to team-wide strategic initiatives

Desired Experience – Software Permanent & Tech Consulting

• Previous experience within software recruitment, perm focus preferred
• Comfortable placing Scon/PCon/Partner candidates in the software and tech industry
• Experience with public sector tech or tech consulting is beneficial but not essential
• Background in contract tech recruitment will also be considered
