Details of this Nursing Clinical Lead position and what the successful candidate will receive:

• Competitive hourly rate of 25.50 per hour (equivalent to 58,012.50 per annum )
• Full-time, permanent contract - 43.75 hours per week
• Day shifts on a rolling rota:
  • Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Shift times: 7:30am - 9:00pm
• Meals included on shift
• Two complimentary 15-minute breaks

In this Nursing Clinical Lead role, you will:

Create, manage, and monitor care plans and medication records, while also managing staffing rotas and leading, supporting, and developing both care and nursing teams to deliver outstanding clinical care.

What our client is looking for in a Nursing Clinical Lead:

• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN, or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care quality
• A confident leader who can inspire, develop, and support both clinical and non-clinical teams
